A Glimpse...
The tiniest bit of warm sun is soaked up by sun-parched Parisians on an Easter Sunday by the Canal Saint Martin.

Actually, as all these people were on the same side of the bridge, it was tilting dangerously towards the river!! More seriously, this bridge is on the Canal Saint-Martin and was the place of this famous (1) French movie "Hotel du Nord". In this famous (2) scene, Arletty and Jean Gabin have this famous (3) dialogue: - J'ai besoin de changer d'atmosphère et mon atmosphère, c'est toi. - Atmosphère, atmosphère. Est-ce que j'ai une tête d'atmosphère?
(1)(2)(3): All right, you got to be French to know this movie... but, I swear, it is a famous movie! :o))
I'm a woman, wife, mama, yoga teacher, artist and generally someone who contemplates the here and now. This blog documents my journey into the art world; both the artistic process and the nitty gritty to get the work out into the world.
